Access Control Systems
Access control systems are one of the key components of modern security infrastructure, designed to manage and control the movement of people, vehicles, employees, visitors and authorized users within a facility, business complex or multiple interconnected locations. Their primary function is to allow access only to authorized persons, at predefined times, through specific entrances, rooms, zones or passageways.

For example, the arrival of an authorized user can automatically trigger predefined scenes such as turning on lights, adjusting heating or cooling, unlocking specific zones, enabling elevator access to a certain floor, disarming the alarm system or preparing the workspace. Similarly, when the last user leaves the premises, the system can automatically lock the facility, activate the alarm system, turn off lights, reduce energy consumption and switch the building into energy-saving mode.
Access control also plays an important role in managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic. By integrating with gates, barriers, bollards, turnstiles, pedestrian passages and vehicle entrances, it enables controlled access to business complexes, parking facilities, garages, industrial zones and protected areas. In combination with LPR/ANPR cameras, the system can automatically recognize license plates and allow entry to vehicles that are registered in the database of authorized users.
The true value of an access control system becomes even greater when it is integrated with video surveillance and alarm systems. Any unauthorized access attempt, forced door opening, passage without authorization or suspicious movement within a protected zone can be automatically linked with video footage, alarm events and real-time notifications. In this way, access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems work together as a strong, reliable and highly secure protection solution.
In addition to improving security, access control systems provide better organization, clear event records, easier user management and centralized administration.
